Orthodontists: If you are referring a patient to our practice, please give us a call at 717-243-8432 to discuss in detail.
Families: If you are coming to us as a transfer patient, please call our office at 717-243-8432 to schedule an initial evaluation. Your initial evaluation is complimentary. If you do not have your orthodontic records from the previous orthodontist, we are happy to request them on your behalf. At your initial evaluation, we will review records and supply you with a treatment plan. Our fees to complete treatment are based solely on the amount of remaining treatment necessary.

Cantor & Team Orthodontics proudly serves our military families. We know that military transfers are a part of your military life and we want to make your orthodontic transition as easy as possible. Your initial evaluation is complimentary. If you do not have your orthodontic records from the previous orthodontist, we will request them on your behalf. Our fees to complete treatment are based solely on the amount of remaining treatment necessary. We will supply you with this information at your initial appointment.
We know that your tour in Carlisle is usually limited. If you have a family member who needs orthodontic treatment, we will happily welcome them to our team. The initial consultation is complementary. At that time, Dr. Cantor will explain his recommended treatment plan, discuss the treatment process and fees so that you will have all the information needed to make an informed decision to begin treatment.
While we are always sad when our patients have to leave before completing treatment, we understand that this sometimes is inevitable. When we know that you are transferring, we will assist in locating a Board Certified orthodontist near your new duty station. We will have your orthodontic records duplicated and ready for you to hand-carry there so there is no delay in treatment. And when transferring out, we only charge for the portion of treatment completed before your leave and will adjust our fee accordingly.
